Established in 2015, Real Property Management Gold has rapidly grown to manage over 500 single-family homes exclusively within St. Mary’s, Charles, and Calvert Counties.

This consistent success is recognized nationally. The office was honored with the prestigious Presidents Circle Gold Award for five consecutive years (2015-2018) and the Top Gun Award in 2023. Tammy Hewitt
Property Manager

Tammy Hewitt joined Real Property Management Gold as the Office Manager in Lexington Park in 2016. Prior to this, she worked in the apartment management field for 7 years and as a retail manager for over 20 years. Currently, Tammy is responsible for overseeing the management of more than 500 properties from the Southern Maryland office, which covers Charles, Prince George, Calvert, and St. Mary’s County.

Gail Carter

Maintenance Supervisor

Gail brings over a decade of expertise in property maintenance, preservation, and emergency response, including 8 years as a trusted vendor for Real Property Management. Her entrepreneurial background, owning multiple maintenance and repair businesses, has equipped her with exceptional problem-solving and operational skills. As Maintenance Supervisor, she oversees in-house technicians, vendors, and administrative staff to ensure top-quality service. Gail’s commitment to excellence ensures seamless property care and client satisfaction.

Property Manager

Rose Anne possesses a degree in communications and brings to the table an extensive background in human resources administration and data entry for a real estate firm. She decided to join the dynamic team at RPM Gold to further her career in property management. With her exceptional communication skills and vast experience, she is well-equipped to provide valuable insights and support to the team in achieving their goals.

Gretchel Caytap
Maintenance Administrator

Gretchel is a highly experienced administrative and office management professional with over a decade of expertise. She has worked with several renowned marketing and real estate companies, gaining valuable insights and skills that she now brings to her role at Real Property Management Gold. As a result, Gretchel possesses a wealth of knowledge and expertise in managing various administrative tasks, ensuring efficient office operations, and handling client interactions with the utmost professionalism.

Ashley Hostetler
Assistant Property Manager

Ashley, a highly experienced and skilled individual, became a part of Real Property Management Gold in February 2023. Prior to joining the team, she served as the Command Sergeant Major’s Assistant in the Army National Guard, where she gained valuable experience in leadership and management. Additionally, Ashley worked as a preschool teacher, where she honed her skills in communication and education. Ashley has been living in St. Mary County for over a decade as part of a military family and has been working at PAX River Naval Air Station in Lexington Park. With her diverse experience and expertise, Ashley is a valued Real Property Management team member.
