Real Property Management Gold is the Southern Maryland Office of the Franchise System. Established in 2015, the office has grown to manage over 500 single-family homes Exclusively in St.Mary’s, Charles, and Calvert Counties. Real Property Management Gold was awarded the Presidents Circle Gold Award in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2023. This award was achieved by scoring exceptionally high on corporate customer service surveys, execution of key corporate initiatives, and overall growth. Less than 5% of Real Property Management offices nationwide achieve gold level status.

Real Property Management Gold is dedicated to serving all communities in Southern MD by providing a Trustworthy, Innovative, and Personable Property Management experience. We do this by boldly displaying Integrity through Transparency. This applies to all Tenants, Property Owners, Vendors, Agents, Investors, Brokers, Employees and Competitors that come in contact with our organization. Tammy Hewitt
General Manager
Tammy Hewitt joined Real Property Management Gold as the Office Manager in Lexington Park in 2016. Prior to this, she worked in the apartment management field for 7 years and as a retail manager for over 20 years. Currently, Tammy is responsible for overseeing the management of more than 400 properties from the Southern Maryland office, which covers Charles, Prince George, Calvert, and St. Mary’s County.
Gail Carter
Maintenance Supervisor
Gail brings over a decade of expertise in property maintenance, preservation, and emergency response, including 8 years as a trusted vendor for Real Property Management. Her entrepreneurial background, owning multiple maintenance and repair businesses, has equipped her with exceptional problem-solving and operational skills. As Maintenance Supervisor, she oversees in-house technicians, vendors, and administrative staff to ensure top-quality service. Gail’s commitment to excellence ensures seamless property care and client satisfaction.
Ryan Vertucci
Owner
Ryan’s journey to Real Property Management Gold started after he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the prestigious University of Delaware. With his academic background, he went on to work for a large corporation in Calvert County, where he honed his skills and gained valuable experience. In 2015, Ryan joined Real Property Management Gold, where he continues to bring his expertise to the table for the benefit of real estate investors across Southern Maryland.

Ashley, a highly experienced and skilled individual, became a part of Real Property Management Gold in February 2023. Prior to joining the team, she served as the Command Sergeant Major’s Assistant in the Army National Guard, where she gained valuable experience in leadership and management. Additionally, Ashley worked as a preschool teacher, where she honed her skills in communication and education. Ashley has been living in St. Mary County for over a decade as part of a military family and has been working at PAX River Naval Air Station in Lexington Park. With her diverse experience and expertise, Ashley is a valued Real Property Management team member.
