Established in 2015, Real Property Management Gold has rapidly grown to manage over 500 single-family homes exclusively within St. Mary’s, Charles, and Calvert Counties.

Gail brings over a decade of expertise in property maintenance, preservation, and emergency response, including 8 years as a trusted vendor for Real Property Management. Her entrepreneurial background, owning multiple maintenance and repair businesses, has equipped her with exceptional problem-solving and operational skills. As Maintenance Supervisor, she oversees in-house technicians, vendors, and administrative staff to ensure top-quality service. Gail’s commitment to excellence ensures seamless property care and client satisfaction.

Ashley, a highly experienced and skilled individual, became a part of Real Property Management Gold in February 2023. Prior to joining the team, she served as the Command Sergeant Major’s Assistant in the Army National Guard, where she gained valuable experience in leadership and management. Additionally, Ashley worked as a preschool teacher, where she honed her skills in communication and education. Ashley has been living in St. Mary County for over a decade as part of a military family and has been working at PAX River Naval Air Station in Lexington Park. With her diverse experience and expertise, Ashley is a valued Real Property Management team member.
